Helping people pursue health and hope with clarity and conviction.

Sherian Kaneaster-McCoy, ND is a functional naturopathic doctor, educator, and ministry leader with a heart for whole-person care. Her work spans clinical practice, professional education, and faith-centered ministry, with a steady focus on practical help, clarity, and long-term restoration.

She serves as a practitioner with Eat, Pray, Faith, providing functional naturopathic care rooted in both clinical experience and compassion. In addition to her clinical role, Sherian maintains a small, faith-forward practice focused on biblical and pastoral counseling, offered through Selah Natural Health. This work reflects her personal calling to walk alongside individuals navigating chronic illness, caregiving, and seasons of emotional and spiritual healing.

Sherian also serves as Dean of Education with the Academy of Abiding Wellness, where she supports practitioner training, curriculum development, and clinical education.

She is the founder of The Father’s Porch, a ministry created to support parents and families walking the difficult road of loving a prodigal. Her writing and teaching are shaped by lived experience, biblical truth, and a deep respect for the emotional and spiritual dimensions of health and healing.

Sherian’s approach is grounded, thoughtful, and steady—honoring the complexity of the human story while pointing people toward wisdom, hope, and faithful perseverance.
